You're probably thinking to yourself, "wake up at 5am?? You're crazy!" and well, you might be right about that. Waking up early is not only beneficial physically but imagine being able to watch the sunrise every morning and take a nice warm shower with an amazing breakfast. Do you want to be a better you this summer? Then discipline yourself to achieve everything you want. Some reasons why you should wake up at 5am are:
You'll be more confident
better health
Have time to reconnect with yourself
Better planning for the day
Finish tasks sooner than usual
You will have the time every morning to shower, do a skincare and hair routine. You'll have the time needed to complete your makeup and dress better without having to rush. All of this will lead you to being more confident in yourself. You'll be proud for being able to even wake up at this time.
Now waking up early improves your health by allowing you to fall asleep sooner at night without having to count sheep. Your brain is more alert in the morning and will help you develop a routine. You'll feel more motivated causing you to start eating healthier and care more about yourself.
Having those couple of hours to yourself while the rest of the world is asleep will help you reconnect with yourself and the world. It'll help you prioritize your day accordingly and help you focus on what really matters. You will be able to set your goals and focus on them.
You will also be able to complete tasks sooner than usual by starting earlier. By the end of the day you'll have more time to do anything you'd like. For example like going to the gym without rushing, going out to eat, go on a hike or anything that pleases you.
